Utilities & Services
The following utilities and services are provided to our community.
Trash, Recycle, Cardboard, Bulk Waste and Landscape Debris Collection
We are fortunate to have trash service at the resort. There is a compactor for bagged garbage, two dumpsters for broken down cardboard, recycle bins for plastic and metal items (not grocery bags) as well as a landscape debris corral. These areas are for the HOA, Lot Owners and Renters, not contractors/vendors.
Waste Pro retrieves the waste on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays during spring/summer and in fall/winter the schedule will increase to Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
We do have a bulk waste area however, they will not remove "Heavy Waste", "Household Chemical Waste" or "Medications" such as but not limited to, pallets, appliances, construction material, paint, yard chemicals, batteries, cooking oil, etc...
Dispose of your heavy waste and construction material at 10550 Buckingham Road, Fort Myers, FL 33905.
Dispose of your household chemical waste at 6441 Topaz Court, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
Dispose of your old medications at 121 Pondella Road, North Fort Myers, FL 33903.
Please report any recycle/trash corral concerns directly to management.
Water and Sewer
Water service is provided by Lee County Utilites under one master meter.
Please contact the Management Office if you have any questions or concerns.
Electricity
Electricity is provided by FPL, and each lot is individual metered. Please contact FPL directly at 1-888-988-8249, Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm or Saturday 9am to 5pm.
FPL repairs all the street lightings throughout the community (except the parking lot lights, which are HOA owned). You may report the streetlight directly to FPL and/or Management.

Internet & Cable
Our communities Internet and cable is provided by Fibernow by Opticaltel. The bulk community service includes approximately 70 channels and 250Mbps Fibernow Symmetrical Internet Service. Additional Upgrades may be purchased through Fibernow directly.
